The Origin of the Tool Kit

An "Interim UK Regulatory Route Map for Stem Cell Research and Manufacture" was released jointly by UK regulators on 12th March 2009. This Interim Map was subsequently updated a number of times. The original map was designed as a reference tool for those wishing to develop a programme of stem cell research and manufacture, ultimately leading to clinical application.
